React Native Developer

Rio de Janeiro

The Martians (Rio) is looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about React Native. We are looking for someone with excellent written and communication skills, who is a great standout colleague, but is also ready to question assumptions and take initiative. As part of the development team, your responsibilities will include working closely with other technical and creative teams and interacting with design, and operation groups to deliver frequent web application iterations in a fast-paced environment. Working remote is an option.

Key Qualifications

  • Senior level experience with React Native.
  • In-depth experience with JavaScript, including ES6.
  • Experience with Git and GitFlow
  • Solid understanding of tools like Xcode and Android Studio
  • Understanding of REST APIs and offline storage
  • Ability to develop new and innovative applications as well as debug and refactor existing code.
  • Experience writing effective unit and integration tests.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams
  • A strong sense of responsibility and an obsession with quality.
  • As we are an international agency, fluency in English is a big plus.

Business developer


At our Copenhagen office we are looking for ambitious and driven Business Development & Account Manager to join our team. Ideally, you are a self-starter who prospects, cultivates, negotiates and closes digital projects and client relationships to drive revenue growth on the go. The main focus of your role is to sell and build deep relationships with startups and digital agencies/brands based in primarily in Denmark and Europe.

Key Qualifications

  • Creating valuable, relevant, new relationships with clients in the mobile industry
  • Researching, acquiring and developing new mobile & SAS strategies for our clients
  • Conducting regular analysis, and scheduling strategic calls and meetings
  • Taking ownership from the first stage Account Management for your own clients (ie. the establishment of SoW, launch plans, budgeting, etc.)
  • Taking part in identification of new opportunities and strategic direction of The Martians
